About Nikita Todd

Nikita Todd Hankerson, MBA is dedicated to helping her clients reach their real estate goals and finds that the greatest reward for her efforts is the opportunity to see her buyers and sellers achieve happiness.

 

As the lead Realtor of Team Todd Realty Group, as well as being a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Nikita works with both first-time and high-end Luxury buyers. Nikita also works with investors, executive relocation clients, and veterans. She assists equally with both buyers and sellers specializing in the Atlanta Intown, NW and SW Atlanta, 400 North, Cobb, South Fulton, and South Crescent markets.

 

Prior to entering real estate, Nikita was a corporate territory sales rep before shifting into a role as an award-winning Senior Loan Officer first at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp and then Silverton Mortgage.  After gaining many years of experience with residential finance, she started her real estate career with D.R. Horton Homes from 2005 to 2008, where she gained a plethora of new construction knowledge and experience. Once licensed in real estate in 2008, Nikita transitioned into working as a Realtor full-time. With the knowledge of residential mortgages and corporate sales, Nikita brings value to add that distinguishes her from others in the real estate industry. This allows for wise negotiations on behalf of her clients as well as logical execution to ensure her clients are always able to win.

 

Since 2016, Nikita has achieved the honor of being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer among the largest Board of Realtors in Georgia, Atlanta, Realtors Association and continuously achieving the levels of Top 10% of Sales Volume and Top 10% of Units.

 

Nikita is also very versatile; she has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters for 3 years in a row from 2014-2016. Currently, Nikita is a real estate co-host with The Morning Show with Michael & Friends on Power 108.9.

 

As a leader in her real estate career, Nikita has also served as a member of the Agent Leadership Council with Keller Williams from 2015-2020 and is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association as well as Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

 

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has given Nikita Todd the ability to devote time to supporting the Nicholas House, traveling, and raising her family of two girls, Nadia and Gabrielle, and her husband, Charles Hankerson.
