With a background that blends hospitality, client relations, and design management, Kate brings a warm and detail-oriented approach to real estate. Before joining Boulevard, she worked as an office manager and client liaison for a design/build firm, where she managed day-to-day operations and supported clients through each phase of their home projects. That experience deepened her appreciation for architecture, design, and the art of creating spaces that truly feel like home.
Throughout her career, Kate has built a reputation for her professionalism, organization, and genuine ability to connect with people. Her years in hospitality and client service taught her the importance of clear communication, empathy, and follow-through — qualities that now define her work with buyers and sellers alike.
A metro Atlanta resident for more than 30 years, Kate offers extensive knowledge of the city’s many neighborhoods and communities. She takes pride in helping her clients find not only the right home, but a community they love.
Outside of real estate, Kate enjoys playing tennis, exploring local film and theatre, and spending time with her family. She holds a B.A. in Film and Media and brings an eye for design and storytelling to everything she does.
