Drawing from a background in ministry, Lanier Ward seeks to provide each client with wise counsel, care, and compassion. Lanier believes his job goes far beyond showing properties and preparing contracts. He aims to give "concierge" service to his clients to make the process of moving in, moving out, or getting settled in a new place smooth and stress free. He brings his network of vetted contractors, movers and other professionals to the table, and the service doesn't stop at closing. Lanier doesn't believe in past clients, he continues to serve and be a lifelong resource ready to help.
