Trecinia Wiggins has quickly risen to the top echelon of Atlanta REALTORS, earning recognition among her peers as a top producing agent early in her career. Crediting her focus on client advocacy and education for her steady rise to success, Trecinia is known as Tre by her extensive and loyal network, and is sought as a reliable and trustworthy expert in the Atlanta real estate market.
After growing up on Atlanta’s East Side, Trecinia attended Kennesaw State University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. As a devoted Atlanta native intent on stewarding the quality and growth of housing in her city, she went to work as a development director for a locally-based environmental non-profit where she learned about sustainable building practices and affordable housing initiatives. From there her passion for working in the housing industry grew. But Trecinia’s origins in real estate date back to her upbringing.
Trecinia grew up in a family deeply entrenched in the real estate and construction industry, noting lightheartedly that it was practically a family requirement to have a real estate license. She especially credits her grandfather with instilling in her a passion for helping people achieve real estate success. A successful real estate agent, broker and the head of his own commercial construction business in New York, Trecinia’s grandfather set the example for hard work, exemplary client care, and giving back to the community.
As a successful agent serving the great metro Atlanta area, Trecinia is committed to honoring her clients’ most important goals for buying, selling, and investing. She especially enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge with buyers and sellers who are new to the process and may have apprehensions about the complexities of home buying and selling. As part of her skilled client advocacy, Trecinia believes that home buying shouldn’t be intimidating or overcomplicated.
Outside of real estate, Trecinia is a devoted mother and self-professed dance mom to her 9 year old daughter. Additionally, she gives back to her community by committing time and resources to charitable organizations that serve the Atlanta area, including Meals on Wheels Atlanta, and Hosea Feeds the Hungry.
